We help people build homes they can afford. We take pride in being able to step in and help when traditional builders, banks and other traditional routes of home ownership aren't possible.

Services
Build a House, Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), Cabin, Shack, Tiny House on Wheels (THOW), etc.
We can build a watertight shell (walls, floors, windows, siding, roofing and exterior trim), coordinate the entire build from start to finish (including insulation, flooring, sheetrock, kitchen, bath, electric, plumbing, etc.) or help with anything in between.
Design and Construction Consulting/Training/Coaching
We believe that anyone can build a house themselves if they have the time, ability, a few basic tools and a little help. It's a great way to learn about the building process so that you know how to fix perform periodic maintenance later on as needed, and build sweat equity. If you need some help getting started or get in a bind along the way, we're here to help.
Communities of houses for like minded individuals
